Who We Are
We understand choosing a hearing care provider is a big decision. At The Hearing Aid Office, our number one priority is delivering exceptional patient care. Our experienced staff is well-trained in a variety of services ranging from evaluations to treatment.
We believe great care includes establishing great relationships with our patients. Treating hearing loss is an ongoing process that requires regular follow-ups, maintenance and cleanings to keep you hearing your best. Our staff is here to support you not only during your initial visit but throughout your entire journey to better hearing.
Meet Our Hearing Professional
Cindy Hoest, BC-HIS
HEARING INSTRUMENT SPECIALIST
Cynthia has been in the hearing health industry since 1979. She received her Bachelor of Science from Western Michigan University. She is on the Council for Accreditation in Occupational Hearing Conservation, is a Tinnitus Care Provider, and is IHS Certified.
Cynthia got into the hearing care profession when she answered an ad for a secretarial position for Adco Hearing Conservation. It was a natural flow into becoming a hearing care provider herself.
Her favorite thing about being in the hearing health care profession is helping people hear, and
giving them back the sounds they have been missing.
