The Hearing Aid Office, Inc. has joined with Caption Call to provide you with more alternatives when it comes to communicating by telephone.
Captioned telephone service is a federally funded program administered by the FCC as part of the Americans with Disabilities Act. Anyone with hearing loss is eligible to participate anywhere in the U.S. at no cost. Caption Call is an FCC authorized provider and is compensated by the FCC for providing the captioning service.
There are no monthly fees or hidden costs associated with this service. Many of our customers are already using Caption Call telephones very successfully.
Caption Call will provide you with the telephone, the captioning service; they will install the phone and teach you how to use it, all at not cost to yo.
